It's Tuesday so it's time for my weekly progress report.
I proofread almost 400 pages this week.
I wrote two short stories, and wrote and submitted three more flash pieces to Pill Hill Press' Daily Frights anthology.
I also finished editing Elena's Pen! Final word count - 65,574! Woot!
So what's on the agenda for this week? Editing for Muse, attending the online Muse conference (my pitch session is today - wish me luck!). I've been sending chapters of Elena's Pen to a critique partner, so it's not completely finished yet, but it will be soon!
I'm looking for a few beta readers for it. If anyone knows MG, specifically upper MG, and loves fantasy, please let me know if you're interested! I'll gladly reciprocate!
Other than that, I'm going to get back to work on Hidden in Shadows and try to make my assassin more sympathetic.
How's your progress going? Whatcha reading/writing/editing?

Sounds like you have some great stuff going on! I'd volunteer to beta, but I'm kinda buried right now (and overdue for another MS I'm reading). Good luck with your progress!
Congrats on your progress. You got a lot done and are making me feel like a slacker.
I would read your novel, but I too am burried with other books I have to review. But best of luck!

Wow, you did a lot. I wrote two blog posts and a review. Yeah, lame.
You're a buzy woman. Good luck on your pitch session.
How did the pitch go, I'm sure you were perfect.
Congratulations on finishing your edits!
Good luck with your pitch!
Whoooo excellent progress! I've managed rewrites of about 3000 words this week, but compared to your progress, I'm on the slow train to slowville... LOL.
I love MG and fantasy, so keep me in mind when you're ready for betas to read. :)
Wow, you are cookin'! You got a lot done. Congrats on the work as well as your submissions and editing completion! I usually do YA rather than MG, and am more familiar with it, or I'd volunteer for a beta read! But I'm also buried and busy doing a revision for my agent, who is having me change my entire novel from third to FIRST person. Lotsa work! but I'm making great progress.
Wow you really got a lot done. You sure are busy. I am reading a book called "Mama Does Time" (A Mace Bauer Mystery)by Deborah Sharp.
