If you could live in another time period, when would you pick?

Me? You need to ask? The Middle Ages, shortly before the Renaissance.

  1. I wouldn't want to live any time but right now! But if I had to choose, I'd say the 1920s.

  2. France, late-1600's/early-1700's.

  3. As much as I enjoy reading about the past I think the lack of central heating would do me in so I choose the future (you said any time period, right?), preferably some time after science has perfected rejuvenation.

  4. The 1960s would be perfect for me, though I'm also very attracted to the 1920s and prehistory.

  5. The future, when they've invented FTL travel and teleportation.

  6. When I was younger, middle ages sounded good. But there were no bathrooms! I couldn't handle the dirt.

  7. I just want my own TARDIS and travel to ever time period. But I'd love to see the World Fair in June of 1893. :)

  8. When I was younger I thought the idea of time travel would suit me. I've always loved history and wanted to live it, not just read it, but now that I'm grown with a family, I think I'll just stay here. Boring answer? Probably.... I like the present more than the past now! (I love the font of your title and date!) christy

  9. I like the idea of the Regency period, but I'd probably get a bit frustrated with the lack of independence women had, and that they weren't allowed to make their own fortune.

  10. Why am I not surprised? LOL Yes, I can see you there. Me?...I think I like my modern conveniences too much. But maybe the turn of the century would be fun, 1900s. Still could wear the long dresses and all. :)
