I think this picture has so many possibilities. The explorer - where did he come from? What is he looking for? Is he hiding from something or someone? And the house - what's inside? Is it a temple? Or is it hiding a terrible secret beneath its stone floors?

The first thought that came to mind was that old shed thing where Anne (Anne of Green Gables) fell into the well!

What a great picture. I think looking at photos or drawings is a GREAT way of generating writing ideas!

ReplyDeleteThat's a very very nice image. I like to think that they just stumbled on this whilst searching for something else, or just generally exploring. Then they find something within that is of great importance, leading them to all sorts of crazy shenanigans :P
