Question of the Week - Exercise

Do you like to exercise?

I'm an oddball - I do. I enjoy exercising. Right now, hubby and I are doing Insanity - a hardcore cardio workout program that lasts for two months. It's tough but fun.

I like to walk and read audio books. In fact, I'll be leaving for my morning walk soon. Awesome that you exercise with your husband.

I am trying to learn to like exercise, but am having a difficult time with it. The programs you are doing sounds interesting though. Hope you have fun with it!

I don't exactly like to exercise, but I know I have to do it, so I try to find the most fun ways to do it. I get bored easily, so I try to change what I do regularly by trying out all the new classes they offer at my gym.

The fact I don't drive also helps. I have to walk everywhere....

Yes I do! I vary between the treadmill, the elliptical, and some weights. Ironically, I'm in better shape now than when I was in my twenties.

I miss exercising. Me and babycakes go for a walk every day, but I'll be glad when I can head back to the gym.

I enjoy walking and hiking the most. I've not heard of the Insanity thing.

I'm an exercise junkie! I go to the gym no less than 5 days a week. Walk whenever and where ever I can. Love hiking and everything active :)
You are not alone ;)

I don't like exercise for the point of exercise, but I do like to walk. I admire people who enjoy a vigorous workout. But I feel like an alien next to them. ;)

I enjoy a nice walk or a thirty second jog. I'll run if a dog chases me but that's not the kind of exercise I'd like.

Anything named after an off-kilter state of mind is probably not for me.

I hate exercising with a passion . . . BUT I love the way I feel after having exercised so I guess the answer is that I love having exercised! LOL

I like running, but not lifting weights. I'd rather be writing;)
